I would definitely suggest Daryl for his amazing customer service. He helped me out right away with what I needed for my son's computer.

I reached out to Daryl again today regarding a problem I was facing. He agreed to give me a call to help resolve my issue, which was related to a product key for Windows. He generously mentioned he would send it my way, and once I receive it, I can activate Windows. This guy makes everything seem easy, and my grandson is super happy with the PC that Spechtech Gaming put together.

Daryl put in the effort on Christmas Eve to wrap it up after one of the components turned out to be faulty and required a replacement. He teamed up with others to find the part, swapped it out, and ran some tests. He could've easily delayed it for a couple of days, but he was set on completing the task. Truly professional.

Huge shoutout for the assistance with my daughter's PC setup. I was totally clueless, but Daryl provided excellent advice and tackled all my silly questions without a second thought. I definitely suggest this place to anyone in need of PC stuff.

My first thought was, 'this has to be a scam.' Still, I decided to reach out just to see what would happen. I’m really glad I did.

The machine was custom-built and delivered well within the promised week, and it’s been running like a champ ever since. I stumbled upon this company on Facebook, showcasing the most affordable Rtx 3070 gaming PC I had ever come across. After reaching out to Jordan and placing my order on a Saturday, I was really pleased when he got back to me the following Friday with the awesome news that my new rig would arrive by 1pm the next day. It showed up at 8:30am the next morning, all nicely packaged, and let me tell you, it’s a fantastic machine... it looks sharp, loads super quick, plays AAA games on ultra settings, and runs so quietly... saying I’m thrilled with it is a total understatement. At 55 years old, I've been gaming forever, and this rig is the best I’ve ever had. I’d recommend Spectech to anyone without a second thought. They’re professional, courteous, and friendly, and they really know how to make an old gamer feel great. I placed an order for my custom PC with Daryl, and I gotta admit, I was a bit nervous since I had never done this before.
